The flight was set to leave out from SDQ at 10:55 AM on the 22nd, but it was like a half an hr delayed. Hubby and I were just laughing and joking at the airport waiting for the time to go by.
We boarded the plane and at around 11:30 we began to move. Hubby was upset cause he did not get a window seat but the man that did have the window seat was a very nice Dominican and would let him lean over and peak out
Overall the flight was okay. I mean there was alot of turbulence, which by the way bothered and scared me more then it scared my husband. He was as if he was on a plane before...I don't know maybe he was and he hasn't told me :rotfl . The flight was less then 3 hrs long and I was really surprised at that and happy caus ei was getting hungry and so was hubby. Advice to all make sure you eat before all flights! well atleast jetblue since the only give you a snack. I still love them though.
Anyways we landed at around 2:45. got on the visitors line for immigration, the lady was very nice and only asked me when we got married. she then said if it was his first time flying and he said yes, and she said it doesnt seem like it cause he looked to serious and upset. He replied and said that he was just cold
She then opened the yellow envelope took out the papers and told me to proceed down the hall for his fingerprints. we went, gave the papers sat down for like 5 minutes, he took his fingerprints and thats it! We were only there for about 10 minutes if not less. What took longer was the baggage, but by 4:30 we were already home!
