I am a GC holder.
Miami Immigration was easy; for the first time, they asked me (as a GC holder) to scan my finger prints (left hand, right hand, thumbs). None of the "usual" questions were asked (How long have you been abroad, where do you live / work / etc.).
What I think is really annoying in Miami, is that 95% of all travelers are sent to customs inspection, where you have to lift your luggage onto an X-Ray scanner, etc. In other POEs, customs inspection is done on an off-basis which makes it easier on the traveler.
Yes, I know, they have the right to do whatever they want, but somehow they're overdoing it in MIA in my opinion.
