Got to JFK from Mexico City around 9:15 PM, immigration line wasnt too long. My fiancee stepped up to the counter and the agent just took her packet and sifted through it without saying a word. She did the thumbprints and the picture and they told her to go to the back room. I followed her into the room and about 5 minutes later an official gave us the stamped passport/I94 and said we could go through. The agent who we got was kind of surly (didnt give us an EAD) and refused to talk to my fiancee during the entire process but there was no harassment at all. Not a bad experience.
