All the USCIS & Customs Officers were very friendly and helpful. The whole process took about 15-20 minutes after she got off the plane. They asked simple questions, reviewed the documents in the "sealed envelope", took her index fingerprint, and welcomed her to the USA. Without a doubt the POE was the best part of the whole experience.
