My fiance arrived on time on his flight to JFK. He said that the whole process was fast. He went to customs and the guy asked him a few questions and then took his packet from him, and then stamped his passport with the EAD stamp( which allows him to work for the 90 days, but will expire). And then he was done. It was quick and easy according to him.
