Processing of K1 Visa took longer than expected. 3 1/2 hrs. My fiance arrived on a Saturday mid-afternoon at JFK but there was no Customs Agents, who could interview / process him in French or Italian for a long while. He saw 3 agents, and the 3rd one, who my fiance thinks was a supervisor, completed the process and granted him the Visa and EAD. Aside from the wait, my Fiance feels he was treated fairly and professionally. Just no agent to clearly communicate with.
