Unfortunately my fiance's plane (aerosvit) was 2.5 hours late, so she was very nervous about making her connection when going through customs and immigration. Nonetheless, she said everyone was very pleasant and nice to her and the experience was quite easy. When she asked for a work stamp, it took an extra 30-45 minutes which was stressful considering the connection, but still quite easy she said.
