As others have written, it was easy. Going through Customs, I said that I needed to activate a K-1 visa, and I was directed to secondary. I was told that my name would be called once I was there.
Two other people were already in the waiting room for secondary, but my name was called before theirs were, almost right away. The officer who processed my visa opened the envelope, wrote some things down, entered some information in the computer, stamped my passport, and filled out, stamped, and stapled the I-94 into my passport. In total, it took about 10-15 minutes.
He also gave me a photocopy of the vaccination worksheet with his name, number, and signature on the back. He told me that he used to work in the department where I'll need it, and he said that it can be a hassle getting that paper. I really appreciated this extra step he took, and the experience couldn't have been easier.
