Today my boyfriend had his appointment at the CIS office in Chula Vista we arrived about 15 minutes before the appointment and where seen interviewed by an Officer named Cielito Santos that was extremely rude rolled his eyes durring the interview made a lot of facial gestures both my boyfriends father and him do not speak much english. I went along for the translation the official told me that I do not need to be there i responded that there are certain things in english tht will need translation for and that in the letter my boyfriend had recieved it said to bring a translator if needed. He said fine and to have a seat he swore us all in and began the interview he asked all the typical questions if he was a felon had been arrested etc etc.... when it came for his father to answer the questions the officer was very disrespectful said things like "you dont speak english" then would roll his eyes and have a look of disapproval he then asked doesn't your job require you to speak english as i translated for my bf father the official was looking at him with a very disgusted look on his face his father responded "No my boss speaks spanish and there is not a lot of talking required at my job" the interview continued with the official rolling his eyes and making faces. To end the interview he did not tell us weather we had passed the interview or not just said to wait for a letter. I am so upset with the attitude this official had!! has anyone had a bad expierece with this official he is an older Filipino man with gray hair.
