Basically like going to a teller at the bank. You stand and face an employee who goes over your application and asks you questions about everything. The payment instructions were completely incorrect. They said that they would not accept credit cards nor cash nor anything except like a certified check from my bank. So I did paid the fee and when we got there was told that good ol' Visa/Mastercard would do just fine.
they have to review the mailers they send out. It seems they are completely disorganized interms of office procedure. However, the lady who conducted our interview was nice and courteous. The wait wasn't terribly long. Security was tight, of course, as East Jerusalem is a hot spot, and politically charged.
