Memphis TN | Review on June 6, 2012: | Bam

Our total time there, from the time we pulled into the parking lot till the time we walked back out to our vehicle, was 1 hour. Our appointment was at 8:30am and we got there at 8:15. After going through security and handing in the appointment letter we had a seat in the interview room and were called back at 9am. Our interviewer swore us in, asked the basic questions, and asked to see what we had showing we'd been living together as a married couple... we showed our wedding pictures, family portraits, and a couple documents. She made a few notes, turned to her computer and tapped away at the keyboard for a few minutes while Hubby and I talked amongst ourselves. After printing off a couple copies of the approval letter, she let us know that the card would be in the mail in the next 60 days and we were out the door and back to our vehicle by 9:15. It was painless and quick and our interviewer was a very nice lady, though not overly friendly, which is fine by me. Overall I'd say the Memphis office has it together.
