This was a different set of circumstances; she previously had a K1 Visa and traveled back to Peru within 3 weeks and never married; the guy was a real jerk.
Therefore, in her interview on my petition (years later); she was prolonged to be interviewed and scrutinized even more; which makes sense.
She followed the law, was open and honest, met every requirement and we prepared every document; showed evidence of departing within 90 (was about 20 days). Happy to say "Welcome to the United States of America".
It's admirable, to be part of a very "just" process. The experience was long at the embassy and the I-129F; but trust me; it's all worth the wait. Good luck to each and all. Trust and believe; it's a fair process.
