Wife went through the Visa interview, waited in the long queue prior to her appointment as is typical, so show up early! She was 45 minutes early for hers, this is probably sufficient. Questions were difficult for her English ability but she stuck it out and made it through the interview. The interviewer apparently asked her about something about me (LSAT score) that I'd completely forgotten I'd included in my submission (it was on my CV I think), so really any piece of information in any document you've sent along is grounds for questions/discussion during the interview.
