Jan 04: arrived in Ciudad Juarez airport from Guadalajara via Aeromexico. We paidforour taxi inside the airport, it was around 245 pesos.
We had not made a reservation due to that we had planned on staying with known friend but I had forgotten telephone number and taxi
driver was unable to find location so we asked to be taken to consulate area.He recommended a hotel, Hotel Conquistador Inn,
I highly recommend this hotel, friendly staff and clean rooms. The hotel takes you to the consulate, medical clinics, and ASC center.
The transportation starts at 5 a.m., mon-sat, you just go down to the reception area and ask to be taken to wherever you need to go
Price for each night was around 60 USD, hotel is just down the street from the consulate area and shopping area. Here is the contact info
for the hotel, Hotel Conquistador Inn, Ave. Ejercito Nacional NO.8805 Col. Partido Iglesias CP 32528, Tel 01152(656)648-0448,(656)648-6548

Jan 05: Medical examination, we went down to lobby ten mins before 5 a.m., They took us to the clinic, I believe it was Clinica Internacional
and security guard asked everyone to have ready invitation letter and passport ready. My husband was told to go thru quickly and I decided to go
back to hotel due to cold weather. He says he shows papers and was given a number and a photo was taken then he signed some papers and turned in
papers, he was given eye exam, blood test, urine test and given 4 vaccinations.Cost around 400 USD after he paid, documents were returned. He was also
given a psychological exam where they questioned his personal history. He was told to return next day to pick up results around 10 a.m.

Jan 06: Arrived at clinic 10 mins before appointed time, security guard asked everyone to have passport and receipt of payment ready. Was led inside at
10 a.m.and returned outside after 20 mins with results in a black bag. DO NOT OPEN BAG!!!!

Jan 07: ASC appointment at 8:10 am, arrived around 07:40 am and security guard asked people to have passport, invitation letter, and DS 260 form ready.
Security Guards call out times allowed in and continually change the times on the window, Make sure you have required documents ready. Many people lost
their place in line due to that they had to come outside to recover a paper they forgot.Turned in papers to receptionist, then was checked for unwanted items
and told to sit and and wait to be called. When called they took fingerprints and took photos, took around 30 mins for the whole process. Was given a paper on instructions
how to pick up DHL packet and was given back DS 260 confirmation page with a sticker attached to it.

Jan 08:Decided to walk to commercial plaza area in front of consulate area and watched a movie. We only went outside durin the daylight hours since there were a lot of
people walking around. We didn't dress in flashy clothing or carry much money with us.We walked quckly and kept to where mainly there were a lot of people.

Jan 09: Interview at 8:15 a.m. and left hotel around 07:20 a.m., he was told to go to Waiting Area or Sala de Espera and was asked for invitation letter, DS 260 form and medical results.
They staple papers and stamp them. They sent him to consulate and to form in line, they screen check him thru x-rays and then was given a number and pass thru left side.Women and children
inside, men outside. He said it was really cold!! He was called after around an hour and was told to turn in paper, AOS, and passport and photos and copy of my passport. He was told to wait
some more, after15mins he was called again for interview. A nice man interviewed him and asked him around 10 questions relating to our relationship. My husband had taken in tons of evidence including
photo album, flight iteneraries, print outs of skype, email, facebook, etc. Interviewer didn't ask to see any of it but I still advise for you to take them. After he was told Congratulations, your visa is Approved!!!

Jan 10: we had chosen Lopez Mateos DHL location for visa pick up.Around 10:20 am after periodically checking CSC website for visa pickup it was ready. We packed u´p and paid 60 USD for a taxi service, The taxi driver took
us to DHL location, then to the POE bridge which was for him the Zaragosa entry point. He stayed with us and instructed him where he had to go.Luckily for us, it was calm and hardly any people. We got his visa stamped in around
15 mins. Then since he also worked at the bus terminal, he contacted them to get info on buses leaving to Los Angeles. Here is the taxi driver info from hotel: Ramiro Medina, cel:372-4384.We arrived just in time for one leaving at 2p.m.The bus takes you to the frontera and you get off and pass thru
customs and then that´s it.We chose to take a bus to L.A. We arrived the next day around 9 a.m. in downtown L.A.
