We arrived at 8:30am for our 9 am appointment and was told there was a 2 hour wait because a blizzard had hit the day before and the interstates were closed. So we waited but got called in at 9:30 for the interview. The lady was very nice but a bit disorganized. She gave us the oath and told us we were being video-taped. We were asked for ID and proof of residency. She asked us if we had any kids, if I was working and if my husband was still working. She asked a couple of questions off the I-485 form, took my I-94 out of my passport and explained about the conditional green card. That was it, approved on the spot. She never asked for any evidence at all. Very simple and not stressful at all.
