Review Topic: K1 Visa

My interview was scheduled at 8:45am, I got there 7:20 am and there was already a long line with atleast 70 persons.
I waited in the line about 15 minutes and got inside to the embassy to the next line, that took like 10 more minuts, then we went to the inmigrant visa area and waited approximately 30 minutes, after that they called me and asked me for the DS156 forms and the photos, they give me a green paper where was K1 marked to pay the $350, but there was a paper in the cashier where it said that they would start working at 9am so I waited, then they called me in the window 12, there was a lady very serious, who asked me for my birth certificate, the criminal records, and the affidavit of support, asked me how I met my fiance, how many times had he come and if I have been married before, then I answered to that, and then she asked me if I had more pics ( sha had in hand the ones my fiance sent in the petition) I gave her about 45 more pics, she told me to sit down and that they would call me again.
After about 20 minuts, they called me from the room 15, where the consul was, he started looking at the pics, I commented about some of them, then he asked me is XXXX your fiance? so I said yes, and he asked me how did you two meet? and i told him and told him the whooooooole story... I talk very much and more when I am nervous so I couldnt help myself and told him everything, he was smiling and very nice. The 80% of the interview was in english. Then he told me that they had to take my fingerprints and that I had to pay...
More suspense...
I waited to be called to the window 12 again, they called me and the lady told me... but you have to pay! jaja... I forgot that, so I went and paid the $350 and waited again to be called in window 12.
More suspense...
Then she called me and took my fingerprints and received my voucher to have paid, and told me to wait to be called again.
More suspense...
Then the consul called me and went to the room 15.
He asked me if I have been in other countries and if I have ever been in the US, I told him yes, in this and that, and no, never in the US.
Then he took other fingerprint and told me
Well...(suspense and i was like WHAAAT!!!!) and he told me your visa has been approved! have a good life in the US! and gave me a paper to track my passport and pick it up from DHL when its there.

I am SOOOOOOOO happy!!! the waiting kills but its all worthwhile!!! Good experience, alot of suspense...
