Good morning VJ family...I don't have a very detailed review as when my husband called me at 5am this morning...he was so very happy and excited that he was speaking very fast and I feel only told me bits and pieces...My husband arrived around 5:45am for his 7am inteview...as we all know, he stood in line, went through security, showed his interview letter and gave his medical results...blablabla....anyways, he was waiting for quite some time...in what he said was a very cold waiting area...anyway...he said there was this one interview that seemed to be "giving away" visa's and he said he was praying to get that gentleman...well...he did not get that interview...instead...rather than being called by his "number" he was called by his name...Wow...anyway, he got a different male interviewer...they said good morning to each other...and here goes the interview...the only questions that i can remember my husband saying that he was asked is as follows (maybe not in order)...
Who petioned for you?
Where did you meet your wife?
Where does your wife live?
Tell me about your wife...(he told him that i was intelligent, smart
and very STUBBORN...LOL)
Does your wife have any children?
Do you have any pictures? (the interviewer looked at our pictures and said
that we look very nice together)
How does your wife get to work? (my husband even told the make and model of
my car...lol)
He asked about a co-worker of mine (probably because a co-worker wrote a
letter of bona fide relationship that I sent with I-130)
How many times did your wife visit and what were the dates?
That was it...the only questions! My husband was not even asked for any phone rrecords (I only sent 3 months with the I-130), he was not asked for any chat records (I sent about 150 pages with I-130), he was not even asked for my divorce papers (although I sent them with I-130), nor was he asked any questions about my ex-husband(s). He was not asked anything about my parents (maybe because my mom also wrote a letter of bona fide relationship).
My husband said that aside from the long wait and the cold waiting area, it was a good experience the interviewer was very nice.
