The Consulate needed to verify my I-864EZ. I forgot to give my wife my last 3 earning statements to bring with her. Also, they asked for an original offer letter for work. My offer letter was a digital copy and therefore had a digital signature, which caused more delay. My wife brought back the copy the next day and she had to explain the situation of the offer letter. Apparently everything went OK and she received the visa about a week later.
