US Embassy in Bolivia was great to work with. They were kind and pleasant. When we had questions, we were able to email the embassy and received quick and courteous responses.
We had lots of paperwork and evidence of our relationship: fotos, letters, letters from my minister, Wedding planning and preparation items.
I accompanied my fiancee for the Interview. Prior to the face to face interview, all of the documents were reviewed, fingerprints taken and then the face to face (through a glass wall/window - like what you might find at a bank teller). The interview was straightforward: questions about how we met, when we met and how long we have been a couple. Then they asked my fiancee to sign her name and print my name.
A few days later I recieved an email from the Embasssy that Visas had been sent to the DHL office, where my fiancee will pick them up.
All in all, it was a very long wait while USCIS plodded, but once we received our appointment with the Embassy and had our paperwork in order, it moved very quickly.
