Well, tried to do a walk-in filing of a N-400 for my family. Showed up at the scheduled appointment time and they stated that you cannot walk-in and file also the lady that gave us the wait number looked at me as if I had two heads and looked discussed and couldn't believe I was even their.
Then I went to the window when called and the lady wouldn't even look at the paperwork and was rushed to tell us to go and mail the application.
Has anyone else had the same problem? If they don't take walk-ins they shouldn't give appointments because people will not be to happy if they are expecting such a service.
