I feel that the consulate and the local Chinese authority did a great job with the resources they had to process a large number of people everyday. I'm quite happy overall with my ability to access the US consulate as a US citizen.
My fiancee had a terrible experience at the medical center which caused her a few days of anxiety and almost delayed her interview.
