I have nothing but praise for my Embassy experience.
Everything was straightforward, the employees were friendly and my interviewer was very amiable, laughing and joking with me.
I had occasion to email them several times afterwards, for various reasons, and they got back to me right away with the information I'd requested.
Couldn't have asked for a better bunch of people!
