My fiance's interview was today, June 10th, and he was approved! He arrived from Merida on Sunday, June 5th. He had his ASC appointment on Friday, June 3rd in Merida (for those of you who wonder about having fingerprints taken in other cities, there was no problem) which was a quick appointment. He had his medical appointment on Monday, June 6th, which was also quick and easy. He has two tattoos and they just asked him the meaning of them. He had to bring a paper from his ASC appointment and turn that in this morning before he got in line for his interview. He was called up to have his fingerprints checked (to make sure his fingerprints from the ASC were the same I guess), then he was called to another window later to turn in his paperwork. I had a co-sponsor for the I-134 since I did not make enough money on my 2010 taxes because I had been living in Mexico (but now I make signifcantly more than the required amount), but they did not ask to see the co-sponsor's financial information at all. Later, he was called for his interview and was asked: his name, birthdate, my name, where I work, what I do for work, and what he was planning on doing for work in the U.S. That was it! They told him he was approved and that he could call DHL on Tuesday/Wednesday to check on his visa. My fiance said he was treated very well throughout the whole process and did not have any problems.
