While the workers and officers were quite efficient (my interview was all of 5 minutes), the security officers upon entry were embarrassingly rude towards many people whose native language wasn't english. One security guard even kicked a woman's purse out the door after she had dropped it, angry at her that she had food inside it. Another called two girls lesbians (to which they didn't understand but others laughed at) when they didn't know they had to enter seperately if not related.
