No problems with the Embassy, but maybe that's because my Visa was approved :D
I do have a problem with the Courier Service they are using now though...it is called SMS and there is no tracking # that you can use, and I was given up to 4 days for the visa...no specific date...so not wanting to stay in for 4 days, I tried calling the customer service line for SMS.... it's an 0870 #. All I got was an automated message that said
If you need to send a package to the Embassy....press 1
If you had your Visa approved within the last 5 days....press 2.....which I did and got the response...'you need to phone the Embassy on the 1.60p per minute number and ask them when to expect delivery' (not very helpful).
So I hung up and redialed to see if there were any other choices....there was a press 3....this started the phone ringing, and ringing, and ringing...after 10 mins I gave up!!!!!
I am not sure whether this is a new service the Embassy is using but it seems pretty amateurish to me....even the messages sound like they have been recorded by a dimwit!!
Just my opinion of course!!!!
