My husband had his interview yesterday for a CR-1 visa through DCF. He arrived by 8, went in, gave his documents and was told to wait.

He waited for about 2 hours while others were interviewed.

He says the interviewer was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. He had some problems understading her because she spoke fast. She only asked a few questions- where did you meet, how long have you been in a relationship, where will you live in America, what's your profession, where does your wife work, where will she work in America- he here said that I've been applying for jobs, and took out the application emails I had printed out (we put together docementation to show our intent to reestablish domicile). She looked at all of these. She then asked a few more simple questions.

At the end she asked for the DHL slip. He forgot that he had it along with all the other documents to said he didn't have it. She said it was OK, and told him to come back the next day at 10. She gave him a yellow form and on it whe wrote "come back tomorrow at 10." and gave him back his passport. He left and called me, I told him he had the DHL slip. He went back in, gave it to her, she thanked himm, but still told him to come back the next day at 10 and didn't take his passport.

We were confused!

Well today he went in and they gave him his visa on the spot!

Moscow was fantastic- USCIS approved our 130 on the spot, our interview was 2 months after the I-130 was approved, and the interview went great. 2 months and we have the visa in hand!
