Yasya says everyone was very polite and very helpful.
She called Friday the 6th to see if our case had arrived, It had not yet. She called again on Tuesday the 10th and it had arrived. She asked to make an appointment and they said she could come Friday!!! That was great because she was already going to be in Kiev for her medical exam. Don't wait for a letter start calling about five days after the NVC sends it out!!
