Wow. Everything went fine in the end. My husband had his interview today and isn't much of a talker so I don't have a lot of detail. If I get more information, I will update this review.

We barely got through and very nearly were denied.

Mainly, it was like everyone said except that somehow there was a mix-up as to which visa class we were applying under. They had us a reunificiation when we are already living today in Canada and have been for several years. Once that got sorted out, then there was the drilling on domicile which we should have had more documentation for since we are definitely going, but I can see where they had questions.

They also said that they didn't believe that I was going to go back to the States. I should have come in person, along with him. I would have shown up in my Packer T-shirt whistling "Oh, say can you see". Not go home? Hahahahahah. I am ecstatic that I can go home.

My advice? Domicile, domicile, domicile. Be sure if you are filing while living together overseas with intent to travel together that you have really solid stuff.

We got the "Welcome to the United States." letter and will be getting an entry visa in the mail.

That's all the matters!!!
