Rating: | Review Topic: K1 Visa
The whole Guangzhou experience, she give them a 4 out 5
She arrived at the consulate about 7AM, about 725AM the line start to move.
the interview start 830AM.
5 windows- 4 male and 1 female
the female is the hardest to get pink according to my fiancee.
a young male VO interview my fiancee, very nice, smile during the whole interview, oh, he speaks Chinese. after the interview, he even tell my fiancee to bring more winter clothing because Minnesota is cold.
all the chat log, all the emails, bank statement, employer letter, and all the phone records, not even a look.
VO ask a lot of Questions from all the forms you turn in the day b4 the interview.
here's the Questions, VO asked:
When did petitioner move to the US?
How do we meet?(answered then hand in some pics we took when we were in high school, then VO asked if we were high school sweet heart?)
What does the petitioner's do for a living?(because i own a business, VO ask what do my business do?)
What's the petitioner's income level?
What year did SHE graduated from college?(according to my fiancee, she saw the VO put down a check mark on the form)
Where's our home town?
Where will she live when she come to america?
How do we communiate?(answered and hand in records, but the VO not interest to see them at all, maybe because the 1" thick papers.lol)
Did the petitioner visit china? and When?(she answer the question and then hand in pics)
Do you have more pics?(she hand in more pics)
When will she go to US?
Are you a CCP member?
What's her major in college?(according to my fiancee, she saw the VO put down a check mark on the form)
Is this the first Marriage for both of us?
the VO said: "Congraulation!" then hand her the PINK.
I will still recommanded bring all evidences. dont need ton of records, but bring as many togather pics as you can.
