I had my AOS Interview at New Orleans office today.
Like others, it was straightforward, we were asked for ID and some evidence that we were living together - we produced a joint bank statement, joint auto insurance and life insurance showing each other as beneficiaries.
The IO said that she was happy with what we had, and that she really didn't feel like talking about what color the paint in the bedroom is for half an hour. Explained that GC would take up to 8 weeks, but usually 2-4, and that EAD was proof of status til then. A brief discussion about soccer vs football, but then the IO noticed we had some wedding photos, so she had a look through them. The interview was over with in seven minutes.
