Hi Every one
I need to know if anybody in same situation then i do my wife is Us Citizen my petition been approved 3 years ago every thing went well until i went interview sep 14 2008 the officer i met told me that i need a Waiver 212 & I601 bothe has been approved feb 01 2010 so the embassy contacted me about the rest of the application like medical,Police Certificate,DS230 i did send everything but still i am on AP don't know how long it will take to get the approval when ever i call or send an email they will say the same or they don\\\'t reply so if anyone in here has same situation to share with i would deeply appreciated Thanks...
