Well, I guess my review won´t be too long, since it was all pretty simple and quick.
I got there at 7:15 am, at the side door of the consulate (just for immigrant visas) there was a woman that check our pictures, the mail confirming the date of the interview, and gave us a watchword.
After that we went to a room upstairs just for immigrant visas.
There the same woman checked our documents, and put it on what they say it ´s the sequence the consulate requires.
That done, we waited to be called for the trial of the pile of documents and forms, after checking all the docs, the woman behind the window, tells you to wait for the interview.
They call your watchword, but in a random sequence, so if your number it´s 1 you can be either the first, the last, or in the middle...
I was the forth to be called, and it took 3 minutes for her to say that the visa was approved, she only asked where we met, how we met, how long I lived in usa, and how we got engaged, after that she said I don´t really have anymore questions, your visa is approved, and didn´t even ask for any evidences!
After that I proceeded to pay for the deliver of my passport, wich was 30,00 reais (são paulo state), and left!
That was it people.
Good luck to you all, and don´t hesitate to ask me questions if you have doubts.
This is a long and hard journey, but it comes an end!
