Sorry for the late review but here it is

Had my interview on Dec 21, 2010 @ 9:00am

I Arrived in Montreal on the afternoon of Dec 20, stayed at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth . . . it's about 2 blocks or so from the US Consulate . . . the walk is pretty easy. It was only like 5 or 6 min and if you are driving to consulate there is a parking lot right across from the consulate and they charge 15 flat for whole day parking which is not so bad because if you talk to the guy he can let you go out and come back and park it there if you want to shop because its very close to st cath street which have all the stores.Anyways back to the review. I have been reading the reviews for a while and almost everyone says to arrive EARLY around 7:00am. I was there at 6:50am but it was a very cold morning and even though i was dressed pretty warm I was freezing my butt off. At 6:50 am no one was there it almost seemed like if I was at the wrong place because no sign of anyone around. At about 7:10 this lady came so we started talking. She was a local. At about 7:20 there was a huge crowd of people at least 20-25 behind me and at that point it felt good to be the first one . So my verdict is its pays off to arrive early. At 7:30am the guard opened the door and checked my passport and letter and gave me letter A yeeeyy!! . I walked inside and went through the security. All the guards were very polite and nice and it was a breeze going through security. (DONT bring big bags or cell phones) I just had a folder in my hand with all the documents. After that you walk down stairs and sit there until they call you to go upstairs in the elevator. There is a photo booth there for pictures if you forgot because you need 2 of them. So I sat there for about 5 mins and then guard called for letter A which was mine and took me upstairs. The elevator door opens on the other side as mentioned by everyone . The guard was very nice guy so he told me to sit and wait until they call my name. After few mins they called me to booth 11 where a lady (VERY NICE) took all the org documents and did the finger prints and told me to go back and wait. After about 10mins I was called in booth 8 where there was a young lady who was again verrrry nice and polite and always smiling and asked me if I had to wait too long outside. Asked me few normal questions about how we met and when we got married and said those magic words.. You are approved!!!!! I had a big smile on my face I thanked her and left (I had it setup with DHL so she said they will mail the visa back in 5-10 days. I was out of there by 8:30 and as I was going down stairs there were people still coming upstairs so going early pays off.... I have to say that after all that we go through Montréal consulate is like the cherry on top. They are amazing and very nice and the whole process is a breeze. I have to give a BIGGGGGGGG shout out to "CANADIANDGGAL" she helped me alot in every step and without her help and guidance it would have been really hard so thank you so much....I still remember when I first logged on this website thinking ahh its just like another website and maybe I will find some good info BUT visa journey is a family and a community where people from all over get together and help each other out so thank you visa journey I will never forget this great journey: D
