Overall a good experience. Long, long lines and a lot of waiting. But the first interviewer that called us up to the window was very efficient and was quite quick. The wait for the second interview (which unfortuanately was where we would be told no because of missing a paper from when he lived in Costa Rica) was also very efficient and quick. Gave us a paper with what we needed and what to do to follow up. They even sent a follow up e-mail a couple of weeks later to see how we were progressing so they could finish processing the visa. Quick responses to any questions we sent on the contact form and very accurate. Overall, very good experience with them.
