Hello everybody,
I'm writing to just people of the K1,who have been through the adminisitrative processing here in Algiers,and the interviewer unfortunately was this blonde officer.
I'm all sure if she was your interviewer sho would deny your visa,or mostly put it under administrative processing.
In this case,you shouldn't contact an immigration attorney because they would just take your money and do nothing for you.
Like in Ghani Situation" K3",this blonde officer keeps playing with couples with using this administrative processing which might take even years,and with this process they freeze any action from your side to use lawyers or anybody to help you.
This officer for instance was insulting me,almost calling me a liar,yelling at me,insulting my fiancée,and getting in so personal stuffs.
Your solutions is:WRITE TO THE CONGRESSMAN,i mean SENATOR OF YOUR STATE,COMPLAIN ABOUT HER,because surely many people do that.
It's a federal case,and your senator could help you,you first have to fill out a CONTACT FORM,it has your informations,and the senator or his staff WILL ANSWER YOU.
IF SO MANY PEOPLE WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS OFFICER SHE WILL GET FIRED.
There is ANOTHER SOLUTION:CONTACT THE STATE DEPARTMENT AND COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS OFFICER.I attended many times to people getting into fight with this officer,who was denying the visa or putting it under this administrative processing.
I have been through a tough moments with this officer who wasn't well-mannered,who got in so personal stuffs,insulted me and my fiancée,and was getting so far and far,i complained about her to many senators,and i complained about her to the Department of State.If we all get in touch and complain about her,they will fire her,and they will bring a normal interviewer.
May God help us.

Because my wife is away from me,i experience how it's hard,and we'r do disappointed with the opression was faced in our case.
Surely we have a low standpoint about american adminstration now,but i'm all sure,this blonde officer in Algeria,doesn't represent americans,or the american adminsitrations,i always have read about interviews,and ppl's experiences,who had an interview with this blonde officer,May God help him and give him the patience of Jackob!she was never fair,and she would never stop,and the situation will get worse if we won't stop her.
again and over again,remember,ppl of the K1 or K3,or Even STUDENT VISA
COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS BLONDE OFFICER TO YOUR SENATORS"SENATOR OF YOUR FEDERAL STATE"
SEND HIM LETTERS"YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND OR YOUR FIANCE"
COMPLAIN TO THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE
If we all complain,they would figure out that this officer is unprofetional,and making personal interviews,and they will fire her.she MISREPRESENT THE united states,frankly saying.
