Hello all,
Ok I arrived at close to 7am and met up with Birdnerd and her father, what a nice gal. I had to run to timmies twice due to being extremely sick from nervousness. Finally at 730am which seemed to pass quickly as I was running back and forth. We were invited in one by one, I got letter B although it doesnt matter I think. We sat down and waited for the officer to come and take us upstairs, it was quick. Birdnerd was a pro at knowing everything to do. we were taken upstairs and told to wait to the far corner. I was called second to window 12, A wonderful nice lady was there, I gave her all the paperwork listed, then was told to go sit. I waited and waited till about 915am , all the other people who came up with me had gone and finally I was called back to window 12 because the lady forgot to do my fingerprints. Once again i was told to go sit down again, another 20 minutes and I was called into room 8. A fairly nice man was there, He asked me about where my husband worked and what he did, asked me where we meet and where we met in person, the approximate times I had been in the states and he had been here,the last time we were in the states.
He was very pleasant until I told him that the court papers were the only ones I could get, He then proceeded to tell me that I was not allowed to tell him that , as he knows the law very well. he said that I could have got police records as well, I didn't know I swear. Then he told me that He needed the criminal code, I dont know?? He looked something up in a book then again said something about records. I thought I was going to be denied as he kept saying stuff about police records then he gave me all my originals back. Asked me a few questions about my son and said the words "with the information you have gave me I am pleased to tell you welcome to America". Then explain a few things and Out I went. Out at 950am  Oh and everyone else was approved!
