American Embassy New Delhi, Immigrant Visa Section employees are just too quick reply back. They also answer all of your question, which you have asked in your email. Even my petition was still pending with USCIS-CSC, Embassy staff answered my email with next step process. Now I am at National Visa Center and email the embassy to ask something, they respond back. They are much quicker and responsible to their duties than staff here in CSC.
