Made an infopass appointment and attempted to have a biometrics done. I was scheduled for a biometrics in another state because I had moved to a new address and the change of address did not register soon enough. They refused to do the biometrics and instead told me I had to have it rescheduled and all the information transferred to their office first, before they would do my biometrics. So keep this in mind if you plan on doing a walk in biometrics here with an appointment from another office. Employees appeared willing to run the biometrics but the supervisor refused, so maybe it was just bad luck. That problem aside, the people were polite and as helpful as they could be.
Does not seem like a particularly busy office, at least at the time I went.
Several lots for parking near the office, just have to circle around to find them, avg price about $8 or so for the day. They have buses and trains nearby that make this city accessible from several other CT cities.
