My fiance's experience was the same as all the other reviews posted here. We're so glad to have this forum as it eased our minds beforehand. The interview was scheduled for 8am and he was done in less than an hour. This is second-hand, so I didn't comment on every step.
The interviewer asked how we met, (online, playing WoW - Interviewer commented on how popular that was), about what I did for work in the US, my kids (he flipped to the petition to verify that my fiance answered correctly). He asked about my fiance's trip to the US and my family. My fiance mentioned meeting my kids and my brother. I think that was pretty much it. Like everyone else in this forum, my fiance had a good experience for his interview. Short & Sweet. I think we provided plenty of evidence of relationship with petition so they didn't ask for more. My fiance noted the "Approved" stamp on the folder and that it had all the petition stuff in it. I don't know if that means the Visa was already approved or if it means the Petition is approved. Either way, you can say it puts you at ease.
Tip: Don't bring alot of tech gadgets. You have to check everything in at security and they have to inspect everything you bring.
