My fiance's interview was on 07-27-10 at 9:00 am. In short, it just took a lot of time for her to get to the first IO and then to the second IO but both of them were very polite. The interview lasted only a few minutes and was very conversational.
I believe as long as you have a genuine relationship, required documents & open to your partner/IO, you will not encounter any problems.
The only things my fiance was asked at the interview were:
(1) I-134
(2) Employment verification letter
(3) Pay stubs
(4) Her birth & police certificate
(5) They already had tons of boarding passes, hotel receipts, chat logs, emails, phone records that I sent with NOA1.
Overall, a very very positive experience.
