I travelled to London early, dropped all my electronics at goulds pharmacy which cost me £5. Also be aware you need 2 American sized passport photos, which can also be done at goulds.

My interview was for 9:30 am... I arrived at 8, and trust me brace yourself for wait. Well after 20 minutes of waiting and getting checked over, I finally went into the embassy. Handed them my letter and was given a number....

3 hours later....

I was asked to go to window 13, he took my fiancées W2 and proof of support. My criminal record check, my Birth certificate and he asked me to pay the fee then give him the receipt. He then gave me a pink paper to fill in then asked me to take a seat.

30 minutes later....

I was called to window 15, had my finger prints taken and was asked questions about how I met my fiancée and when we planned to marry... What state he lived in and how long he had lived there, what was the exact date we first started this process. Then she told me I was approved and she hopes I have a lovely wedding..

To be honest even though it was the longest wait of my life it was worth it, everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease..
