My husband (Finnish) and I (USC) did DCF in Helsinki. While stressful gathering all the paperwork, it was pretty easy. They usually responded to emails in a day or two. We began the process of collecting documents in March, had the I-130 approved by mid-April, and visa in hand by the middle of June. It would have been even faster, but we had to wait a few weeks due to our own schedules.
The only thing that was slightly stressful was they didn't say "You are approved" right after the interview. They just said "We'll let you know. It takes about a week." Three days later, the visa was ready to be picked up.
