My fiance reported the following from his K-1 interview in Tbilisi.
He arrived early, waited outside for doors to open. When the doors opened, he went through security and into embassy. At the cashier window they took his receipt for payment of visa fee, fingerprints, passport photos, passport, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, DS-230 and I-134 forms and 2009 tax transcript. After checking all of the forms they returned the ones he was to sign at the interview.
He waited for an hour. When his name was called he met a very pleasant female CO behind the window. The CO greeted him and swore him in. CO was looking through the photos and asked "How did you meet this beautiful woman?" The CO then asked when we met. He said October 1, 2009. CO said "That's not a lot of time but when you are in love you know it". He agreed and said something like "I love her very much". CO asked my fiance what I did for a living, if he has been married, how many times we have seen each other since we met, where and for how long. She commented that my first husband passed away and asked my fiance what happened to him.
CO reviewed the medical made a few comments about being a non-smoker and his blood pressure.
Then CO said, "I don't want to keep you from this beautiful woman any longer", called an assistant to take the papers, wished him good luck, all the happiness in the world and congratulations. My fiance asked her what next and the CO said he will receive his paperwork and passport in less than a week.
The assistant then handed my fiance a receipt with the DHL tracking number and he left the embassy.
Generally he said the CO was polite, pleasant and made him feel comfortable. She asked a few 'trick' questions about his wife or if he had a wife but we prepped for this. The entire interview lasted 10-15 minutes. The CO didn't ask to see any of the phone records, skype logs or other documentation we had amassed. We did a light front load consisting of 3 emails covering the time from when we met to the I-129F petition date, and phone records for the same period.
One other item worth noting is the instructions stated that an I-134 is not required but to bring the supporting documents. I provided the I-134 just in case and sure enough they asked for it.
I hope everyone else has as good an experience at this embassy as we did.
