On Wednesday, April 14, My wife and I arrived at 4:20 a.m. for her medical examination at "Clinica Medica Internacional" located next to the consulate (south side). She was the sixth person in line. At 5:00 they were allowed inside the gated area outside of the clinic after the security guard checked her passport and appointment letter. There is a waiting area inside the clinic for family members. My wife completed her medical examination at 7:00 a.m. She picked up her results the same day at 2:00 p.m.
My wife had an appointment on Friday, April 16, at 8:15 a.m. She arrived at 7:30 a.m. and she was allowed to walk right into the consulate after they checked her passport and appointment letter. At 9:15 a.m., her number was called and she gave her appointment letter. About 10 minutes later she was fingerprinted. About 15 minutes later she was interviewed. She was asked about four questions and was told right away that she would receive her Visa. The consulate officer was professional and friendly. She was directed to the DHL counter inside the consulate where she paid $102 pesos (about $8.00 USD)for the Visa delivery fee. My wife left the consulate at about 10:30 a.m. I waited for my wife at the consulate reception area where family members wait for their loved ones. This building is located next (north side) to the consulate. We had to spend the weekend in Ciudad Juarez. My wife received her Visa on Monday afternoon
