We showed up at 1pm (both benefactor and fiancee) and after the usual security checks, we were shown up to the 20th floor, where we checked in with our paperwork which took about 10 minutes. There was a 40 minute wait before my fiancee was asked for her fingerprints and then another 20 minute wait until we were "interviewed". It was rather anti-climactic (not that I was complaining), as it was all done at a counter. The lady was very pleasant and having looked through our paperwork, she first asked her to swear an oath stating that everything that she had submitted as true and then asked 4-5 easy questions:
1. How did you meet ?
2. How/where did you meet your fiancee ?
3. How much does the benefactor earn (she asked this to me) ?
4. When did you get engaged ?
5. When are you getting married ?
6. Can I see evidence of relationship ? We showed her the photos that we had taken over the past 2 years
She then told us that the K-1 Visa was approved and that it would be ready to be collected within 48 hours.
