Bijad said the interview went really well; they were very kind to him.

Here is an outline of how his interview went...

First a Moroccan woman called Bijad up to the window and asked for his forms, the translated papers and the visa fee. She said something about his “wife” and he immediately corrected her and said she is still only my fiancée.

About 10 minutes later an American man called him up to the window and asked him to write my name and his name on it and took his fingerprints.

He asked Bijad, where is Missouri located on the map? (The man said that you wouldn’t guess how many people don’t actually know where they are going. Ha!)

Describe your fiancée.

He asked for pictures of our engagement party.

While looking at our pictures the interviewer said, “Wow, your fiancée has wonderful blue eyes.” HAHA!!

He asked Bijad to tell him something about my past.

How did you meet her?

Why didn’t you marry a Moroccan girl?

The interviewer asked about some of the people in our pictures.

Asked about Bijad’s job.

Where did we spend time together?

How can you be sure about your love to her?

What do you have in common?

Then the interviewer said, “Everything is ok and your application will take some regular procedures.” They kept his passport and they said they would give him a call.
