My wife arrived an hour before her 8:30AM appointment and was done with the whole process by 12PM. She said that the pre-interview screening people (who were grumpy middle-aged Filipino women) were very impolite and had no respect for the applicants. Not sure if it's part of their job to act that way, but it sure pissed the hell out of my wife, haha. But the actual person who conducted the interview (a mid-40's American male) was very soft-spoken and calm. He asked basic questions about our relationship, etc. Then he approved her visa in a snap! Overall, it was an OK experience.
