Well after 4 hours waiting i finally got called to window 9 where the chic asked about my deportation situation, how old i was when i got it? For this she had started asking n spanish but all of sudden i couldnt talk n i was mixing up my words maybe cause i was nervous so thank god she asked if i speaked english, so we started the interview in english, it was really quick n easy she didnt ask much more than the deportation and what my husband does, at the end she gave me the yellow slip sayin i still have to send in the affidavit in order for them to deny me and start the waiver process, so now basically i have to wait till my affidavit gets here from my lawyer then send it in though dhl and wait till they call me again so we can finish with this interview process. She said my waiver is basically approved but i still have to go through the process which is from 3 to 6 months depending on how quick they are working them.
So lets hope LIMA DOesNT SLOW DOWN!!!
