I found this whole experience to be well organized and pleasant. The staff at the embassy are very helpful. I received my Visa within 2 hours from start to finish.
Some tips for the interviewee:
1.Bring your spouse if possible - people were still granted visas without their spouse there but it helps.
2.Bring a pen.
3.Bring copies of all your documents and proof of relationship.
4.Be patient, you will not be interviewed in any particular order.
People were turned away because of missing documents (mainly relating to financial support)so make sure your application is complete.
