I had an 8am appointment and so was one of the first to enter the embassy at about 7:45am and was issued the 4th Immigrant number for the day. I was sat in the waiting room for about ah hour before being called up for the pre-interview and submit any additional documents (I didnt have any extra to submit so they just took my passport and interview letter) I was asked a few very basic questions at this time about my documents to make sure they were all there which took about 10/15 mins, and then was sent to sit back down to wait for my interview. The wait time to be seen for my actual interview after that was about an hour and a half, the consulate officer was very nice and asked me a few questions about our relationship and then approved my application and sent me off to pay for the courier to get my passport back. All in all I was in the embassy for about 3 hours total.
